Chas was super helpful and knowledgeable about the area I was trying to sell my property in. He suggested the best options for me to take to help sell my property and save me money. I had three offers a day after it was listed and Chas helped me choose which offer to take as a first time seller. The process was very seamless and easy and he was alway available and responsive whenever I had a question. I would highly recommend Chas to anyone in the future.
